Sometimes we settle for what seems possible, believing that what is right in front of us is all we can hope for. Yet God continually invites us to trust that His grace has something even greater in store.

In this week's Gospel, a Canaanite woman comes to Jesus with remarkable faith. Though she is told that even the crumbs from the table are enough, she refuses to give up hope. Her trust, humility, and persistence lead Jesus to proclaim, "Woman, great is your faith!" Through her story, we discover that God's grace is never scarce, and His mercy is always greater than we imagine.

The gentle breeze of God's Spirit stirs within us the same courageous faith. It encourages us to keep seeking, keep trusting, and keep believing that God is leading us toward something even better than we can see today. What feels like only a glimpse of hope, purpose, calling, or healing is often just the beginning of what God is preparing.

Through Jesus Christ, we receive far more than crumbs. We are welcomed to the feast of God's abundant grace, where His love satisfies, His mercy overflows, and His promises continue to unfold in our lives.
