In life, we all look for something solid to stand on. When circumstances shift beneath our feet and the path becomes steep, we long for a foundation that will never give way.

In this week's Gospel, Peter boldly confesses that Jesus is "the Messiah, the Son of the living God." Jesus responds by declaring that this confession of faith is the rock upon which He will build His Church. It is not a foundation built on human strength or perfection, but on the unshakable truth of who Christ is.

As we continue our journey of Sharing Gentle Breezes In The Grace Of Jesus Christ, we are invited to feel the refreshing breeze of God's Spirit strengthening our faith once again. We are reminded to trust the Rock of our salvation, to treasure the gifts God has given us, and to keep climbing even when we stumble. God's grace does not abandon us when we slip. Instead, it lifts us up, steadies our feet, and calls us onward.

The Church continues to stand because Christ remains its sure foundation. His grace is rock solid, His promises are faithful, and His love endures through every season of life.
