Some things sound simple—until you try to do them. In Luke 12:49-56, Jesus speaks of division, urgency, and the cost of discipleship. It’s a reminder that following Christ often feels like one of those “easier said than done” tasks. Yet with God’s grace, the hard work of faith becomes possible—and even transformative.

Take a breath. Lean into the challenge. Trust anew in the One who has already done what we could never do alone.

Children are invited to participate in Rainbow Time during the worship service — our special time for Bible heroes, storytelling, and coloring. Kids will be dismissed following the children’s sermon and will return after the message to rejoin their families for prayers and communion.
